Moving down to the basement, Bruckstein decided to embrace the lack of natural light to create a comfortable and dark man cave. "We needed to create a cave-like atmosphere where the husband could work from home or just escape from a long day," she explains. Carefully planned built-in bookcases divide two unique spaces; one for work and one for play. "Bookshelves add so much to a space, from the opportunity to add color and accessories, to the ability to organize a homeowners 'chaos,' to a feeling of intimacy.
