Kenny Craft, CNU LEED AP momoffiddlegirl...., sorry for the delay in getting back to your questions... I appreciate your kind words. I tracked down the exterior colors that were used. It's two colors, Anchor Paint 7790 (Aged Olive) below the "beltline", and 7791 (Retro Avocado) above the "beltline". The trim is white (not sure exact callout) and the window sashes are black (clad color per manufacturer). I'll work on researching the colors on the other houses you asked about also...

Kenny Craft, CNU LEED AP It is 1,152 s.f. 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath. 18' x 32' footprint. I do have plans available if desired...

This is the same house you were looking at - I think, same colors. Anyway, it's a bit bright - I like it but am trying to think if it will work on our street... I don't like a pale green or sagey green for the outside - looks faded to me.
