Bill Fry Construction - Wm. H. Fry Const. Co. This looks like a 2-piece skirted toilet with a flush on top.
I'm going to guess that it is a Toto CST412MF Aquia Elongated Dual Flush Toilet Less Seat with 12" Rough-In and Push Button Flush

Studio Marler A ceramic tile is a good substitution for marble. There are many wonderful ones out there. Check out the Tile Shop in Berkeley or Italics. Both are carrying these.

Frameless glass same size as ours. Nice big calm tiles. Missing bench. A little bit boring but with a strip of frost band in middle of glass would spruce it up and give privacy.
