Could this ladder and rail be used in a kitchen? - I have cabinetry that I can't access very easily because of the height and have often wished for this ladder/rail system in that area. Cabinetry is L-shaped and white... would this be inappropriate in a kitchen? The house is pretty modern in style, but not stark modern. What do you think? »

I am almost ready to assemble the mudroom cabinetry in our mudroom at home which I styled after the one pictured here. Are the lockers attached to the bench with something like biscuits or pocket hole screws or do they just rest on top the bench seat? They look perfectly aligned and you can't see any gaps. Very nice work. »
Emily Hurley It kind of looks like the bench was slid into place around the locker walls, since the locker walls go straight to the floor? I agree, great work. It looks fantastic.
Do you have any idea where the baskets were purchased and what material they are made of? Also could you confirm that the wall color and the color of the lockers themselves are both Benjamin Moore White Dove? »
John Kraemer & Sons Good Morning! While this was a custom blend of stains, Kelly is correct. 3120 from Sherwin will give you a similar look. Thanks, and good luck!
John Kraemer & Sons Hi There! Glad to see some Edina folks on here! The whole mudroom space was 10' x 11'. From the floor to the top of the open bin, each individual locker space is 2'w x 7'4"h... Let us know if we can help you out in any way!
Stock up on baskets and bins. Use containers that slide neatly into divided shelves to keep hats and gloves dust free. “Grouping similar items makes finding and selecting the gear you need simple and quick,” says Kiss.
