meigs2 I'm happy to see you like our kitchen! We used a back splash purchased from eBay! Shipped from Canada to Miami at a very reasonable price. We used MARBLE POLISHED CARRERA FLORIDA FLOWER MOSAIC TILE. My husband installed it (photo) & we used a white grout. No polish, just sealed.

The counter tops are caesarstone quartz. The darker color is, Concrete: 2003 & island color is Nougat: 6600
