Kelly Porter It looks similar to Site White 7070 by Sherwin-Williams.

Ronique Gibson Craftsmanship, Good working major systems - Structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.

Make sure the house is still a 'solid' house, and if it's not, if you're prepared to bring it up to date with codes, and the major systems.

Finishes are easy to replace, but the systems, or what you can't see, is what you should look for in before buying an old house.

Ronique Gibson One more thing.. I also suggest getting a home inspection done to assure you know 'everything', before you decide to buy an older home.

I think it looks better when the main/bigger window trim is light, and the inner pains are dark, as shown here, than the other way around (cream/light inner panes, dark outer trim - yuck, too much dark)

It reminds me of a well-kept generational home. The many windows, one arch window on the side, along with the lines that seem to wrap around the entire house, gives it polished character. Tradition familiarity and comfort.
