Love the lamps...where are they from? - Thank you for suggesting this bedroom. There are many elements i love...the lamps, the pillows, the Asian panels and the white bed. The bedroom is small and tables that size will not fit but I love the black and white detail. I'm definitely an admirer of your works

Griffin and Wong Ltd you can have a look at www.griffinandwong.com for the panels, as well - and then you will have to paste the wallpaper to some form of hardboard or thicker gatorfoam
If you're struggling, try striving for symmetry. This bedroom combines framed chinoiserie wallpaper, ikat pillows, a bold shade of orange, gold benches and Hollywood Regency touches, but symmetry balances it all.
symmetry.
In the bedroom above, each side contains the exact same bedside table, lamp, and wall panels. Mirroring furniture and accessories in this symmetrical fashion is the easiest way to create balance.
1. Think about the type of lighting you want and need. Bedside lighting is one of the first points of consideration for a bedroom. These lights can be a great excuse to add something fun and unique to accessorize your room. Table lamps on bedside tables or nightstands is a classic option that provides a good sense of symmetry and balance to a room.
This eclectic room is simply delicious, and the accompaniment of a wooden bench grounds it with its organic appeal. Treat your bench like a coffee table and top it with vignettes. It’s unexpected in the bedroom and perfectly chic. Wondering where you can find a bench like this? Check out the photo below.
So, let's start with how high.
I think the perfect height is even with the top of your mattress. It provides a nice even visual line all the way across the bed and makes it easy to reach those bonbons!
These unusual parsons tables don't have drawer space, but they still provide room for a stool and extra pillows. I also like how wide they are. Plenty of room for a pretty tablescape.
Tip: If you like to read in bed, make sure the bottom of your lampshade is about at your shoulder height so it illuminates the page.
This photo keeps popping up recently, and with good reason: The mix of styles (Hollywood Regency for the headboard, Mid-Century Modern for the bench) and global references (Foo dogs, ikat pillows) feels current.
A bench at the foot of your guest bed is ideal for taking off shoes or as an extra place to put luggage. It can also host holiday potpourri or flameless candles in holiday colors.
I think this bedroom is dreamy and shows how many colors pair perfectly with orange. Did you notice how many different shades of blue and green look right at home with the orange wall? With orange you can really experiment with color. Trust me, it goes with everything.
Rather than tired florals and stripes, look for motifs such as chevron, imperial trellis, link, herringbone, Greek key, ikat, flamestitch and updated paisley.
