John Kraemer & Sons It is an actual slate tile floor... It's a blue/green color, and I do not remember the manufacturer. All tile in this home was purchased from Rubble Tile in Minneapolis, MN. Thanks, and good luck!

John Kraemer & Sons Hi There! The trend for stains nowadays is dark. We see a lot of custom blends. In this picture you see clear alder stained with a dark custom blend. Thanks, and good luck!
