It depends on the look you're going for (light, dark, bold, dramatic, etc.), but any white- or blue-toned yellow, orange, red or pink will compliment navy and white. Light blue, lime green, lavender or thistle would also look nice. Paint the ceiling, too. I'm waiting for the fireworks to start, so a red, white and blue color scheme is very appealing, but I'm very color happy right now;)
