Paul Harris I am no expert, but my guess would be that these doors are of some standard size for this set up. I have seen this in friend's homes throughout the years. Any store that sells doors like this could probably tell you, such as Home Depot, Sears, etc. I would suggest printing the picture and bringing it with you if you are looking to purchase something like this.
