Concrete Creations LA. It is a Custom Simplicity Fire Bowl. The fire bowl is 40" x 15" - 5: lip. The bowl has a special ledge to accommodate the pan burner so it sits at the correct height.

There is a special burner assembly from Warming Trends that creates the tall flames. The glass is from American Fire Glass. Regular glass can pop when heated
