Rauser Design The floors are reclaimed loblolly pine. Check your area for reclaimed wood sources and don't be afraid to have it milled into flooring by a local millworks.

I don't mind the idea of a punch-out out-of-the-way space for a tub tho by this age a walk in type of tub makes most sense. That could be modern if they don't make retro style
