kevin akey - azd associates not sure - i believe experienced painters use lights at different angles to find defects in drywall - then mud and sand for a fix

I like the openness. The frontage looks clean and not complicated. The walkway/drive way may eat up into the size of the lot, so that'd be a major concern. The glass in the front is a nice touch. Concern: safety and heat
