Nadia Adeel These rugs are called French Aubussons. These are very much like a Tapestry weave. Use a pad underneath so they stay straight. Here are some from www.amararugs.com

Emily Hurley I looked at a few other photos from this project. It looks like there is a wood quarter round along the floor, but no moldings around the interior door openings.

This is nice for a connected kitchen/dining/living. Although I'd like there to somehow be a cozy breakfast area in addition to an ample dining table for large gatherings.
