One customer, who was building a new home in Tyler, TX wanted a responsibly harvested,"Green" product with an old world look. He e-mailed photos of a Tuscan Style interior he wanted to duplicate. We suggested this Old Growth Eastern White Pine due to its incredible versatility. The beams required a hand-hewn appearance, so we took the beams, and using good old-fashioned elbow grease, hewed the surfaces and edges for him. The customer applied a "Tuscan" finish to the beams before they were installed. These are the photographs he sent us of the finished project. BEAUTIFUL!!!
