Stacy Grabb I was wondering why the 10" overhang instead of a 12"? Does it have to do with supporting the countertop? I'm worried my granite might break if I choose a 12" but I believe it would be more comfortable.

Kuche+Cucina We chose 10" to keep the walkway wider. 8"-12" is fine as an overhang.

Kuche+Cucina These are Pedini's handles and they do go very well with modern kitchens. You can purchase them from any Pedini dealer (http://www.pediniusa.com/showrooms/usa.htm) or alternatively, you can try sourcing similar ones from Top Knobs.
