I can't think of anything immediately how this relates to our loft, other than it's of similar scale. But it works. I think the reason they can get away with all one color is because of the beams and the flat ceiling.

Damn that's good. Having the black lamp match the white lamp AND the black chair, that are meters appart and with no real axis. And, I don't like white. And, most people who like white don't seem to like colour. And since when is a scheme with white and primaries so tasteful. My new favourite design.
And its done with a low ceiling and without mega bucks (well, I bet the house is megabucks, but thats diff).
