How do you make a split entry not look like a split entry? Several challenges presented themselves when designing the new entry/portico. The homeowners wanted to keep the large transom window above the front door and the need to address “where is” the front entry and of course, curb appeal.
With the addition of the new portico, custom built cedar beams and brackets along with new custom made cedar entry and garage doors added warmth and style.
Final touches of natural stone, a paver stoop and walkway, along professionally designed landscaping.
Knight Construction Design | Chanhassen, Minnesota I am sorry I do not have the paint color information. Our project manager believes it was a custom color match. Thanks.
split level question - the change is dramatic did it alter the inside entrance so it was not a split level anymore? faced with the stairs is always so daunting. If that was changed this would be perfect> Did the contruction company move the stairs? - thank you if you have any pictures showing the inside entrance !!! :) :) :) »
kjani thank you...I don't see the stairs or the change by the stairs in the entry way. I do see the beautiful kitchen and a partial view of the living room, but nothing in the pictures shows the stairs and how that was handled? just curious...is there something on here that shows that specific area?
