Gaile Guevara A good concrete company can make all the difference. The floor is radiant heating throughout. We used a commercial flooring company and worked with the builder to do detailed construction planning. The sub floor and concrete pours need to be quite accurate / level. I would recommend to speak to a commercial builder for advise on your property. I personally live with concrete floors, there are cracks in our floors due to living in a heritage building conversion however our concrete floors were not properly poured and with very poor skill level. A good trades installer makes all the difference of a skilled trades person who cares and one that doesn't.

The concrete floor was poured in place, polished and tinted on site as a custom colour.
