B&B Builders We almost never use a standard stain color, both the beams and wood ceiling are custom stain/glaze process mixed to get the exact color we wanted. The beams are reclaimed and had to be bleached to remove the black color before the custom stain could be mixed and applied.

So once every 10 years should be easy enough!
