Barefoot Design Group, LLC Wooden Bridge Trading made all the doors and windows, as well as cabinetry, wood vanity tops, custom mirrors, stair treads, railings, wood flooring... pretty much everything made of wood, for A La Mer. http://www.woodenbridge.net/ They are located in Nicaragua, and ship anywhere.
We've used them dozens and dozens of times, and they always come through for us... excellent wood quality [old growth hardwoods including genuine Mahogany], great finishes, and the best fit and assembly of any wood door manufacturer we've used.
They're not cheap, by any means... but will price out lower than some of the US-based high-end door manufacturers like Zeluck, Fenestra, Caoba, etc... with far better quality. Tell them Ted sent you! ;)
Barefoot Design Group, LLC These walls are 12" thick, double faced "island stone" walls. The blue and brown stone is a very hard rock found in the Virgin Islands. Between these we have included pieces of old brick, shells, and coral. This style of stonework is a interpretation of the old colonial stonework of which there are examples on island. With that said, these walls are not easy to duplicate...
Barefoot Design Group, LLC The hanging lights are custom ceramic lights by the Donald Schnell Studio located on St John, VI. They are great because they do not rust in our environment, as does everything else.
I believe that the candle holders were found by the client so am not sure.... Sorry
