Barefoot Design Group, LLC Given time and money, I know that the shutters could be motorized. We would suggest working with your typical shutter company and adding the hardware as required. These shutters are not motorized and we would not suggest doing so in our environment as the sea air will quickly damage the motor and mechanism. Some times simple is better...

Barefoot Design Group, LLC The doors and windows include operable solid louvers (storm protection) and are from a company that I believe is named Maxie-Vue. They can be found at "http://www.maxievue.com/"

LOVE this -- this is what I have in mind for the back of the Outside Room, using the bahama shutters on the windows. Could build a pergola to give the look of the covered patio...and plant something tropical on the columns...Love the blue and white also
