Would you please tell me the color paint used on the walls? Thanks! - We're building a home somewhat like this and I love the selections. I find the wall color very complimentary and soothing and would like to know the color. I'm using five inch mesquite floors and think this would work well with that look. . This is the most beautiful home I've seen on this website. Everyone I show the kitchen to absolutely loves it. Thanks so much! »
creeser We have an open floor plan similar to this on a much smaller scale and we put outlets in the floor. On a crawl space, it's not difficult to add, but if you build on a slab, it needs to be planned before being built. Floor outlets have metal covers that hinge over the outlets to keep them safe.
The Brocato Group You can create that look without it being structural. It would take a knowledgeable carpenter to do it and do it properly. A series of frame work could be built and then covered with a the wood of choice to achieve the look you are going for.
I really, really, really like this openness color mixture of dark wood and white walls the floor is pretty and could have darker spots but don't like ceiling really.
