benjijk This is a similar octagonal mosaic tile by TileDaily - http://tiledaily.com/2011/12/14/octagon-porcelain-mosaic-black-and-white/. Inserts/keys of various colors can be used to augment your design. they also have them in matte and glossy finishes.
