A European-California influenced Custom Home sits on a hill side with an incredible sunset view of Saratoga Lake. This exterior is finished with reclaimed Cypress, Stucco and Stone. While inside, the gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas, custom office/lounge and Witt designed and built yoga studio create a perfect space for entertaining and relaxation. Witt Construction The paint in the main rooms of this home was faux finished by custom decorative painter. The walls are textured and painted with Sherwin Williams - Accessible Beige #SW7036, Balanced Beige #SW 7037, and Functional Gray #SW7024. The ceilings are Aesthetic White #SW7035.

Witt Construction The kitchen cabinets are by Bentwood, the door is their Komo model made with Alder wood and finished with an Antique Bronze. The island counter is Breccia Paradiso, Moruzzi and the perimeter is a finished concrete.
