Rachel Greathouse Thank you so much! These were purchased on consignment and are vintage I think:) Have you tried www.etsy.com they have some nice options and also like www.fabric.com Good luck:)
lcline705 This room is beautiful, warm and inviting. You did a great job pulling it all together. Do think saltillo tiles look best with yellows and warm white painted walls? I am agonizing over color selection for our beach house with saltillo tiles in great room/kitchen. Would SW sea salt #6204 look awful? Should I stay away from colors on the opposite side of the color wheel?
Rachel Greathouse Thank you so much you are very kind:)) I tend to stay with a little warmer shades for these tiles...I love Sea Salt and it's one of my favorites but not sure with this tile...Why don't you get a sample and paint a big poster board and look at in different lighting and see what you think?....If doesn't look great would recommend a light but warmer color.
Rachel Greathouse These are tiles are in my home and we haven't had any issues with them being slippery...I think would be like most tiles with wet feet...but not particularly slippery...They are shiny in the picture b/c just cleaned the floor:))

Spanish. Terra cotta floor tiles give a room an unmistakable Spanish feel. An added bonus: If you live in a warm climate, these tiles are famous for helping to keep homes cool.
3. Install ceiling fans. "Ceiling fans can make a room feel much cooler, since they circulate the air. And considering they can cost as low as $100, they're often an investment that is not only affordable but easy," says general contractor LuAnn Fabian.
I love the curtains. I have this fabric. bought a bolt of it at a clearance sale. too bad Laurie Smith fabric is discontinued. I made curtains but this gives me an idea. I can change the look a bit by changing to a different hanging system.
Shows I can use creamy linen colours with ugly orange terra cotta. Not crazy about yellow but have to admit the window treatments do really work. Love the shag throw on the ottoman.
