McClellan Architects Thank you!
The kitchen floor tile is called Gris Fussona or Napolean Grey and it is a honed Limestone. It is a stunning material. I have seen porcelain tile that looks similar if you are looking for something in a lower price point. Check out Pental tile and Marble in Seattle http://www.pentalonline.com/ for more info.

McClellan Architects Thank you! The stucco has a cementitious under layer with a Dryvit top coat. The color is integral in the Dryvit top coat.

Side of previous house we like but with darker wood. Soft tone even though metal structure. Like stone element and Candy and likes that it isn't white. Not crazy about patio because it looks like concrete pad.
