A vintage table, chairs and armoire painted in a retro-friendly turquoise brightens the back porch. The chalk-painted flowerpots hold fresh herbs for family meals. Duane loves to go to estate sales and small local shops to find furniture for her home. Many of the pieces in her house are refinished, including several beautiful hand-me-downs from her grandparents.
If space is limited, treat one corner of the porch like a small breakfast nook. A small rounded table and two to four chairs can cozy up into a small space and leave room for settees, rockers and armchairs on the rest of the porch.
Aquamarine is especially refreshing during the hot summer months. Take advantage of this cooling color by using it in an outdoor room, like your back patio.Suggested paint pick: Aquatint, Sherwin-Williams
We have a table like this that could be painted. Not sure we will need a table though, since we intend to have an Amish farm table as the dining table.
This is great for a 'porch'. The color is fantastic and the bench is great. I can buy these in raw wood and paint them myself. Or, maybe buy the whole thing at a second hand store. One dining room table and chairs would be great!

Outside patie..love the black/white and turquoise..transition the entire home ..love the wooden sideboard and the quotes...very nice. Like white too. This would be excellent for the patio seen from my b/w manor english kitchen...
I'm going to buy a second hand table and chairs and paint them a fun color for outside! It'll have charm and character and will save us a ton of money on outdoor furniture.
I need to get the paint! I'm going all shades of turquoise, aqua, and paprika red for my great room and dining- kitchen! I love to layer these colors:)
