this moveable island is great!! Also the light color scheme makes me feel cheerful and ambitious even with not much natural light.
I LOVE that the storage space and counter space is not built in, so you could use this space for a bedroom if you needed to.

Hmmm. The Ikea piece would work very nicely for crafts & sewing pre-baby, with the option later to use as a changing table. The height is very comfortable and the surface is large enough for fabric cutting.
