Is there more of this room? - I think I've died and gone to heaven! If you have a futon w/lots of pillows I'd be more than happy to move in and help you craft! I'm actually quite good at a large variety of things! This room is the most beautiful craft /sewing room I've ever seen. I just wanted to know if there is more of it to see on the other side? »
Can you tell me the approx dimentions of your room? - I LOVE this room you have done and would like to replicate a lot of it in my extra guest bedroom, can you help me with what size you room is? I have the exact window and closet door layout, so this is so perfect. Thanks! »
Danielle Smith_Cooley If you're talking about the center island, she mentioned before that it's from IKEA. If you look it up, you'll find the dimensions :-)
A home office is one of those rooms where there tends to never be enough space. Sticking with white touches makes the room feel cleaner, larger and less cluttered. White file and storage boxes are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Put it on display. I love using pegboard in craft rooms, where so many tools and smaller items need to be within arm's reach. This homeowner showcases pegboard, keeping it front and center. You can hang tools of the trade like scissors, brushes and crafting gadgets.
Consider adding shelves or cubbies underneath your surface for storing boxes. Keeping boxes organized can be the biggest problem when it comes to shipping; stacks of boxes can get out of control and quickly start to infringe on your creative space. So choose a work surface for your shipping station with shelves or cubbies built in underneath. Flatten all your boxes and keep them organized by size. Keep bubble mailers and envelopes here as well. Tip: Store most of your boxes flat but always keep a few made up and accessible so you'll be all ready to go in case an order has to get shipped out immediately.

a couple last questions, did you wall paper or paint the table top and place glass on top or a bunch of clear coat finish? :)
Thanks!
