If your closets are deep, why not add clothing bars around the entire perimeter? It's an unusual arrangement but a great way to get the most out of the space.

I like this, but would like it in a dark color instead of the maple. I like the handing on the side with a little more hanging in the middle. Shoe storage on top, middle storage. The maybe same on your side. Would give us plenty of storage.
