On our tv wall we would prefer a wood accent wall over stone, a single lower horizontal cabinet to contain av equipment, etc, and a wood burning stove in the corner with no fire place. Perhaps a decorative place to keep wood. This house and this room are great inspirational images for what we were thinking.
