This 6500 s.f. new home on one of the best blocks in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights, was designed for the needs of family with two work-from-home professionals. We focused on well-scaled rooms and excellent flow between spaces. We applied customized classical detailing and luxurious materials over a modern design approach of clean lines and state-of-the-art contemporary amenities. Materials include integral color stucco, custom mahogany windows, book-matched Calacatta marble, slate roofing and wrought-iron railings.

lavendar bedding - Where can I find the lavendar bedding? »
I need built in looking seating.. similar to window seating. Do I hire a contractor or can I buy something? - I live in a very small condo. My eating area is at a premium. However, built in seating would give me lots more useable space. I don't know whether to hire a contractor or if I can find something online, prebuilt or a kit. Ideallly, I would like something with drawers for board games etc. »
Kisarau Architect, LTD. Without knowing your room size, I cannot offer a good opinion. If you are handy at piecing together the pieces, then I guess it is a good way to go. Best of luck!
How is the mirror attached to the wall? - I love the kid-height mirror, but my concern would be the mirror tipping over onto a child during a San Francisco earthquake or even just rough-housing. »
