Deborah Cerbone Associates, Inc. These vines are Autumn Clematis, Clematis paniculata. They are planted behind the boxwood hedge because they like shaded roots and trained up the fence with string. Once they reach the top they take off, intermingle and cascade. They bloom late in the season with these tiny white flowers. One of my favorites!
I would be grateful if you could share w/me the manufacturer of the white privacy wall and door. Thank you. - All is beautiful!

Deborah Cerbone Associates, Inc. All the exterior landscape woodwork was custom on this project. A good, high end manufacturer of similar fencing is Walpole Woodworkers www.walpolewoodworkers.com. they have a catalog of stock items and also do custom. Good luck! Deb Cerbone
Deborah Cerbone Associates, Inc. The house is white, but I'm not sure of the exact color white. The gutters are copper. The roof is natural cedar that is weathered a dark brown.
Michelle Is this vine flowering all summer, or just for a short period of time like the other type of clematis? I love this garden. You did a fantastic job!
heatherraines Is the sweet autumn clematis planted in pots? I have planted in ground but wasn't sure how well it would do (or how long it could withstand) in a planter vs ground?
Who is the architect! Please tell us -- Deborah Cerbone appears to be the landscape architect - Deborah Cerbone has done a beautiful job, but would love to see additional photos and know who the architect is. »
Imagine what this walkway looks like at night — little dancing blooms all along the left side and a wave of shimmering white softening the fence to the right. Pure magic!
The color garden. Going with a specific color scheme is probably one of the easiest ways to make a garden uniquely your own. They say white is the absence of color, but in this space, it is the defining element. It's also a classic look.Design tip: A green and white color scheme visually cools down a garden on a hot summer day.
Classic WhiteThis is perhaps the quintessential monochromatic garden. Fences are festooned with white sweet autumn clematis (Clematis terniflora, zones 4 to 10), while clipped boxwood hedges corral billowing mounds of white roses and hydrangeas. Elegant, sophisticated and formal, this is truly a classic look that will never go out of fashion. The design is held together even when no flowers are blooming, since the home itself continues the theme.
