this could be our layout if we open up the wall between kitchen and dinining room. Notice the stacked cabinets - we could do this with the existing cabinets and not have to buy new cabinets. love the idea of pendant lights too. and the recessed lights. we are going to have to redo the ceiling anyway once we take out the soffet and wall.
