cynthia murphy Hello, the peninsula is 54" wide with an additional 6+ inches on the dining room side. The distant to the wall is approximatelt 64" 36" between the countertop of the base cabinets. I clipped the corner 12" on the last base cabinet on the back wall to open up the space between the peninsula and the base cabient run against the wall as you enter the dining room.
