Having purchased a 1980s townhome for it’s location on the riverfront and the amazing views, the homeowners were updating the residence in phases. Having done work for them in two previous homes and the first phase of this home’s transformation, the master suite, our relationship was solid when embarking upon the latest phase; a new kitchen and main level renovation. The goal was to create a more loft-like feel and emphasize the views, while accommodating their frequent entertaining.

The overall result is a space that more accurately reflects the clients’ style, accommodates their cooking and entertaining and ties the home’s varied spaces together as a cohesive, contemporary whole.
