Anna Berglin Design This home was built in 1931. I believe the texture was most likely achieved from years of paint... and a smaller, more organic brick shape to begin with.

Anna Berglin Design It's a natural cedar roof. In this photo, it was newly installed. It naturally patinas with time to a light grey tone.
