This home is a great example of a home we designed to sell as a "predesigned home plan". The builder bought the plan, constructed it, and then entered the home in a show. The home was decorated for the show by someone the contractor had hired - we, the architectural designers, didn't have any input with regards to decorating or selecting furniture.
