David Neiman Architects The curved porch & eyebrow dormers are part of the original house. I think the curved soffit is made from individual T&G boards laid perpendicular to the curve.

Custom Home Planning Center There is a manufacture who was at the last NHBA national show manufacturing custom laminated plywood ceiling joist for this purpose. Quite inexpensive given the alternatives http://www.nhba.org.nz/site/networking-business-development-news/news-32/exhibitors-nhba-business-expo-2012.
