David Neiman Architects Can't share the cist specifics with you, but it was a fairly complete renovation that re-did the back half of the main floor and the whole of the upstairs. Didn't add any footprint, added about 250sf to the usable area upstairs

I like the pitch on the dormers. I also like how the dormer roof is sloped to the back and front of the house. I also think this type of siding would look nice with the brick-but I would like to match what is already on the front of the 2nd floor of the house.
