Nordic Kitchen

This kitchen was installed in the San Francisco Design Center "Idea House". The interior designer wanted to create a classic styled kitchen with a large hood to be the focal point. A cherry wainscot box frame was specified and built by Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry to anchor the bottom of the hood. Wrought iron corbels were forged by a local craftsman. At each end of the island a return panel with integrated posts provides a restrained detail.

To the best of my memory (this kitchen was past of the San Francisco Design Center Idea House promotions done over 15 years ago) the flooring is Amtico brand. It was supplied by CEM Associates. The owner is C.E. "Chuck" Mills- his contact email is I hope that this helps! Pamela Baird
