Mark Brand Architecture The painting is lit from recessed down lights and the busts are lit from below by uplights built into the custom shelving unit we designed.

ploughchesterford The art is very nice. What is its name and who is the artist? Generally in the UK there is a company which can turn every art into mural. It is called "Surface view" and they are brilliant. Used them before and they ar e vy helpful.

Mark Brand Architecture The painting is a copy of a Spanish Renaissance painting. The copy was done by a local artist who is a friend of mine. He is very talented and also does wonderful, original paintings in a modern style.

When featured individually and highlighted with lighting, busts will give a room presence. This library does double duty as a dining room. I envision dinner parties rich in conversation, inspired by the wise sages displayed around the room.
