Spinnaker Development All the trim work and finish carpentry is Sherwin Williams "Old Quaker". I need to check with the designer on the wall color.

Spinnaker Development Thank you! This dutch door was custom made, I believe off of memory this was a 42" unit. The builder is actually a "pro" on Houzz. I've attached his profile...

Spinnaker Development This was a custom stain applied to a 5/8" engineered white oak floor. All of our floors have a custom stain/finish applied on site.

Spinnaker Development The room width is just shy of 14' I believe, the height to the beam is about 12'6"
