The Furniture Guild I would go with a 24"w x 30"h for the 36" cabinet, and 20"w x 30"h for the 30" cabinet. Check out robern.com. They have a bunch of integrated lighting solutions that work with their medicine cabs. If you can fit it, I would suggest their side mount lights. Better light and less shadows. Company called electric mirror also has this with the lighting built into the medicine cabinet door. And of course, you can purchase a decorative frame for any of these rx cabs from the furniture guild. Had to stick that in there...Good luck!
