Begrand Fast Design Inc. This is a main floor deck with a basement patio below it. This residence is in the Okanagan Valley, BC. We have cold weather and snow all winter so that was taken into account during the design process. The tile used on the deck is a porcelain frost free tile, through Ploutos Enterprises here in Kelowna.
