Susan Serra, CKD This is a custom made Vermont soapstone sink which can be made by any fabricator via a small set of drawings.

Elizabeth Julian Look at slate sinks also. Both are easy to care for, clean with steel wool and rub with mineral oil. The slate is harder, soap stone is softer and can be cut with wood working tools. So your decisions is how careful you want to be with the sink.

I like this wood cabinets. The glass in the upper cabinets likely. provides some balance against too much wood color. Don't think I can live with the glass though. Nice sink. Hate the window treatment.
