B&B Builders Depends on your climate and how well you keep it protected from sun and moisture. With regards to the steel, you should have an engineer specify your connections and use of steel.

B&B Builders I would need to sort through the project files to find the color of stain used. However, a good painter should be able to prepare a few similar samples to determine the correct color.
