Paula Grace Designs, Inc. Thanks for the question! The panels are navy blue silk with a bronze silk lead edge (a ban of bronze silk). They are trimmed with a tassel trim on the lead edge. These are custom made but you can certainly replicate this by going to your local fabric store and showing them the picture. Many stores have fabricators that can make this look for you.
