Lisa A I don't know what the deal is with these pavers, but mine stain like you wouldn't believe. It's a patio near a silver maple and the leaves stain the pavers every fall. It fades come Spring (looks like hell all winter) but never looks as clean and nice as it did immediately after installation. As long as leaves don't accumulate, it should be fine....

Portal Design Inc Hi, thanks so much! The fascia is a pre-finished rough facia board installed with the smooth side facing out. The drip edge is standard aluminum drip edge.

Portal Design Inc The pavers are standard 24x24 concrete pavers. The concrete planters were not colored, but they were sacked to fill in the holes from the concrete pour. As the NW climate is moderate, there should not be excessive heating or cooling that would encourage the concrete to crack. In addition the concrete planters were designed with rebar to reduce the amount of cracking.

Portal Design Inc The door was supplied by a company in north vancouver named housewarmers, unfortunately we believe they are now out of business. However, the door is actually a foil wrapped aluminum door, and other manufacturers, such as Milgard make a similar product.
